All of our products are printed on demand and made with care. We partner with multiple high-quality print shops — most of which are based in the United States — to bring each item to life.

3. Who creates the designs?

Every design is created or curated by Christian and Kate Sullivan, the founders of Mystery & Co. If any artwork is provided by a third-party artist, it will always be clearly noted and credited.

4. Do you use AI-generated artwork?

Yes — AI-generated content may be used during the mock-up or inspiration stage, but never as the final product. All final designs are refined and completed by real people, ensuring quality, originality, and a human touch.

5. Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Because we use multiple print shops to provide the best quality and rates, your items may ship from different locations. This means your order could arrive in multiple packages and at different times — totally normal!

6. How long does shipping take?

Typical production time is 1 day, and shipping generally ranges from 5–7 days after production. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the carrier and your location, but most customers receive their orders within 6–8 days total.
