1. All Sales Are Final
At Mystery & Co., every item is made and packaged with care. Because many of our products are printed or produced on demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed — except in cases where the item arrives defective or does not match the product description or marketing materials.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a review.
To begin the process, you must complete our Refund Request Form available on our website at www.mysteryandco.com/returns.
When submitting your form, please include:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Failure to provide this information may delay your claim.
3. Refund Review Timeline
Once your refund form and supporting materials are received, our team will review your claim.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of submission for a decision to be made.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues
Normal wear and tear or misuse
Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
Slight variations in color or design caused by display settings or production differences
5. Exchanges
Because many Mystery & Co. items are limited edition or custom made, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund or store credit that can be used toward a new order.
6. Shipping Responsibility
If a return shipment is required, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team during the claim process. Mystery & Co. is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
